• Below are the availability calendars for each house. The calendars for 2025 are open for booking. The calendars for 2026 open 1 August 2025

• Click on your preferred starting date (green = available, red=not available, dark green=available start dates, red with green corner = checkout day) and you will be directed to a booking form.

• Payment is directly upon booking.

• The rental price in 2025 for Lake House and The Block start at 175 Euro/night for 2 persons. De Kas starts at 185 Euro/night for 2 persons. C House and l’Orangerie start at 195 Euro/night for 2 persons.

• The rental price in 2026 for Lake House and The Block start at 200 Euro/night for 2 persons. De Kas starts at 210 Euro/night for 2 persons. l’Orangerie starts at 225 Euro/night for 2 persons. This is due to the changed tax scheme in the Netherlands for recreational stays.

• C House is for rent until 1 January 2026

• Minimum stay in C House & l’Orangerie during the week is 4 nights (Mon-Fri). Minimum stay during the weekends is 3 nights (Fri-Mon).

• Minimum stay in de Kas, Lake House & the Block during the week is 2 nights during (Mo-Wed, Wed-Fri). Minimum stay during the weekends is 3 nights (Fri-Mon).

• In high season minimum stay during the week is 4 nights (Mon-Fri). Minimum stay during the weekends is 3 nights (Fri-Mon).

• During Summer and Christmas the minimum stay is a week (Fri-Fri).

• Check-in is 16:00 or later, check-out is no later than 12:00. Check-in is by yourself with a key code.

• Please note that our CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY applies to your booking. We advise you to get a travel insurance for your stay.
